Discover Antigua with 'Bo Tours'! We are able to provide a comprehensive range of ground handling services, all designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable holiday for your passengers. We are very flexible and would be happy to discuss your special requirements in more detail. Below is a summary of our standard services:
Meet and greet all arriving guests
Company signage and logos shall be visible on arrival with dedicated Airport Representatives receiving guests.
Transfer guests to hotel
Place arriving guests on correct transfer vehicle as speedily as possible.
Welcome Pack
A welcome pack is given to all arriving guests. This contains essential island information, hotel representative name and contact details, including 24 hour emergency telephone.
Hotel Visits
Subject to your exact requirements, representatives will visit each hotel on a daily basis (or as you prefer). The morning after arrival (usually the previous evening ex UK) a Welcome Meeting is held to brief all new arrivals, sort out any problems which have not already been highlighted and provide excursion information.
Customer Care
Bo Tours staff will sympathetically handle all issues arising in resort and liaise with hotel and appropriate tour operator personnel as necessary to resolve matters speedily.
Post Holiday Enquiries
Bo Tours will investigate and reply to all post holiday queries and complaints in accordance with the needs and time frames of the operator.
Hotel Notice Boards
If applicable tour operator notice boards will be maintained in a clean and professional manner, up-dated regularly along with destination information folders or other such tour operator guests material.
Assistance with late reservations & problem bookings
We are happy to assist in checking last minute availability, getting late bookings confirmed, securing upgrades, obtaining extra allocation, lower releases etc on your behalf.
Provision of resort information and emergency contact details
This is made available to all arriving guests at the airport in the form of a Welcome Pack, within the tour operator destination information folder (if applicable), at the Welcome Meeting and on the tour operator hotel notice board (if applicable).
Health & Safety assistance
In addition to distributing and collating tour operators own health and safety documentation, Tobago Travel conducts its own periodic hotel and excursion (boat) checks. As far as possible, Tobago Travel will report any incident or activity on island which may affect the safety and enjoyment of guests.
Reconfirmation of onward flight tickets
Where required Bo Tours administration staff will reconfirm onward flight tickets.
Excursion sales
Representatives will provide details and booking facilities for guests to enjoy a comprehensive range of quality excursions using only vetted and licensed suppliers.
General assistance for the tour operator
Bo Tours is happy to assist in a wide range of additional task such as distribution of brochure copy approval material, health & safety reports, co-ordinate staff and travel agent educationals and journalist visits (with complimentary transport provided as far as possible).
Provide regular reports and information
As required by the Tour Operator within set time frames.
